Significant changes to the Fair Work Act – what you need to know

With the third tranche of the Federal Government’s reforms to Australia’s workplace and industrial laws introduced into Parliament on 4 September 2023 becoming law in the new year, employers need to be ready more than ever to ensure compliance with these significant changes.
