Key responsibilities
With no day the same, your daily tasks will include:

Diary and file management

Administrative support to the partners and fee earners in the practice group

Opening and closing files

Preparing documents and correspondence

Inputting and maintaining data into our client software application (Aderant Expert)

Monthly billing including drafting and amending invoices

Uploading advices, actioning client instructions, and coordinating Independent Medical Examinations

Liaising with the courts, the Personal Injury Commission, and other adhoc administrative tasks

Assisting other secretaries in the team with training and overflow.
About you
