Modern day challenges and responsibilities for employers: a panel discussion

Employers are, more and more, needing to confront social issues in the workplace.

Office romances remain a media interest and occupational hazard.  Sexual harassment has regained attention with the #metoo campaign.  Pay equity remains a challenge for business.  And this year, domestic violence leave is likely to obtain recognition in the modern award review process.  Business needs to be attuned to these, and other social issues, for the overall benefit and health of the business.

Join us for a robust panel discussion on these issues, and interact with the panel.  Our panel will be made up of HR and legal specialists.  The panel will explore what employers can do to prepare for and manage the impact of these issues on the workplace.
