Competition and Consumer Law Compliance Training 2023
Date - 15 March 2023
Venue - Bartier Perry
The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) is one of the most litigated areas of law and will invariably impact your organisation. Whether it be in your dealings with consumers, the supply and distribution arrangements you enter into or the interaction with your competitors, understanding how to identify and navigate the risks involved is an absolute must.
Recent legislative changes have broadened the CCA’s impact on organisations and increased the severity of its penalties so it is even more important that organisations have a good understanding of their obligations under the CCA.
