2017 - The year in review

In this first of our seminar series for the year we will take a look at the recent decisions from the Workers Compensation Commission and the Court of Appeal that have been important in shaping our understanding of Workers Compensation Law and Procedure. We will include significant Medical Appeal Panel decisions.

Speakers

Peter Lichaa has built over a decade's worth of experience providing strategic advice.  His strong focus on customer service has earned him a reputation for common sense, reliability and professionalism.

Stephen Marsh is a specialist in insurance claims who works closely with employers and insurers.  He develops clear strategies to investigate and help manage workers compensation and work injury damages claims, and provides expert advice on appeals.

Bruce McLean is an Accredited Specialist in personal injury law.  He uses his many years' experience to provide sound technical advice on workers compensation and employer's liability issues.
