He assists clients with reviewing and negotiating IT procurement transactions, data protection advice and policy drafting, negotiating and preparing licensing and distribution agreements and complex intellectual property commercialisation arrangements.

Highly respected for his collaborative approach, Puria takes the time to understand clients’ commercial and strategic drivers. He is outcome-focused and clients benefit from his strong negotiation skills and commitment to achieving the best results possible.

Puria also has experience working as an in-house legal counsel for an ASX-listed property technology business advising on corporate and commercial matters across a broad range of business units.
