Melissa has practised extensively in all aspects of property law for over 25 years for clients throughout NSW. She acts on and manages a wide range of property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, conveyancing, leasing and licensing of commercial, retail and industrial property, subdivision of land, easements and project development agreements.
Melissa predominately acts for local government, State Owned Corporations and government agencies as well as developers and private businesses. The diverse range of clients Melissa works with enables her to provide advice on an array of different and complex property transactions
All of Melissa’s drafting is in plain English while ensuring the exact requirements of her clients are recorded. She routinely drafts the documents required for the property transactions she undertakes. These documents range from development agreements and project development agreements together with associated deeds and licences, complex contracts for sale of land to agreements for lease and leases of commercial, industrial and retail premises.

Melissa assisted Council manage the legal and compliance risks associated in the delivery of a project of this size and complexity.
