Areas of Expertise
Since joining Bartier Perry in 2017, Jessica has gained expertise and fostered relationships in a wide range of workers compensation matters, principally acting for self-insured and state government employers including local councils and local heath districts, claims agents and scheme agents.
Jessica assists clients throughout the entire claims process, with a strong focus on customer service and assisting parties to arrive at positive outcomes. She advises clients from the initial notification of a claim, assists with the return to work process and initial investigations, through to representing clients in the Personal Injury Commission.
She works closely with Partners to formulate and develop strategies to investigate and manage claims and disputes in a timely and professional manner. Jessica also assists with the management of work injury damages claims, ensuring issues are clearly defined so the next steps for investigation are clear and honed.
