Christina’s practice encompasses a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial and contractual disputes, equity matters, corporate insolvency, bankruptcy, property related disputes, misleading and deceptive conduct claims and disputes that arise between directors and shareholders.
She regularly represents commercial and private clients in the Supreme Court of NSW and the Federal Court of Australia, as well as in interstate jurisdictions. She is also experienced in acting for liquidators, administrators, receivers and managers, bankruptcy trustees, creditors and debtors in insolvency and restructuring matters.
Christina works closely with her clients, prioritising honest advice when communicating realistic outcomes. Her commitment to transparency throughout the litigation process helps clients understand what can be achieved to benefit their cause.

Career highlights
Acted for the former administrators of a company in an application to the Supreme Court of NSW seeking orders for their remuneration. The directors of the company had brought concurrent proceedings challenging the validity of the former administrators’ appointment and alleging negligence. Christina assisted in successfully defending the claims, obtaining declarations confirming the validity of the appointment and orders approving the remuneration, together with costs orders awarded in favour of her clients.
Acted for the Australian subsidiary of a multinational corporation in defending Supreme Court proceedings. The claimant had sought extensive damages for misleading and deceptive conduct, negligent misrepresentations, breach of contract and unjust enrichment, which were denied. Christina was ultimately successful in negotiating a settlement to achieve a positive outcome for the client.
Acted for the Australian distributor and German manufacturer of building products in defending and successfully resolving complex multi-party litigation across NSW, Victoria and South Australia. The proceedings involved significant claims for property damage and loss arising from alleged product defects, negligence and misleading and deceptive conduct.
