Belinda Cao

Belinda practises in the areas of estate planning, succession planning and deceased estates. She focuses on servicing the needs of individuals, families, privately owned business entities and private investment structures.

Belinda has a strong focus on implementing strategies to assist clients in achieving tax efficiency, asset protection and the efficient transition of their wealth. She speaks Cantonese and Mandarin which enables her to assist many Chinese speaking clients in implementing appropriate estate and succession plans.

Belinda has given a number of presentations to families and institutional organisations on estate planning and succession planning strategies.

• Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Macquarie University)

• Master of Laws (Applied Law), Estate Planning and Wills and Estates
