Alison Cui

Alison is an experienced commercial lawyer with a strong background in both private practice and in-house roles for small to medium-sized businesses. She has provided legal counsel to clients across a range of industries, including property development, manufacturing, transport and logistics, childcare, and professional services.

Alison offers comprehensive support to her business clients, advising on matters such as structuring, drafting and negotiating key contracts, the acquisition and sale of businesses and assets, intellectual property protection (including trademarking and patenting), corporate governance documentation, refinancing of corporate banking facilities, and succession planning. She is especially passionate about enabling the growth of her clients, having supported achievement of her clients' growth strategies from small to large businesses in a matter of years. 

With a client-focused, pragmatic, and commercially-minded approach, Alison leverages her industry expertise to help clients achieve their objectives. She also contributes to the business and legal community through her board roles with the Parramatta Chamber of Commerce and the Parramatta & District Regional Law Society.

• Acting for a private manufacturing company to simultaneously register a mechanical patent in Europe and negotiate an exclusive distribution agreement with a manufacturer.
