Whilst we will rely on the instructions contained in your instruction sheet when preparing the documents, we will inform you if we identify any obvious irregularities. Our point of difference is to ensure we don’t carelessly churn out documents without querying instructions when it is appropriate to do so. Discretionary Trust deeds are charged at a cost of $770 including GST.
