Bartier Perry makes 16 promotions across the firm

Bartier Perry has made 16 promotions across the firm including two new Special Counsel.

Eric Kwan, who advises businesses on their merger and acquisition transactions, corporate restructures and capital raising activities, has been appointed Special Counsel in the Corporate & Commercial team.

Kamran Khalid, who manages Bartier Perry’s comprehensive pro bono legal services program, has also been appointed Special Counsel.

Three new senior associates, ten associates and one shared services team member have also been promoted.
