Leading the discussion will be:

• Stephen Davies - one of the country’s most experienced and respected heritage consultants. He is the past Chair of the NSW Heritage Council, and a skilled negotiator who has a keen understanding of the political and administrative processes surrounding heritage matters.

• Mary-Lynne Taylor - has built an impressive legal practice that focuses exclusively on environmental and planning law. She has extensive experience drafting and advising on planning and heritage agreements.

• Steven Griffiths – is an Associate in Bartier Perry’s Environment and Planning group. As well as being a specialist environment and planning lawyer, Steven is an experienced town planner with a background in local government in NSW. Steven will chair this event.

There will be plenty of time for questions.
