Property Development Series Part 3 - Tips and traps for developers in a changing property market

In this seminar we will provide insights from a property developer’s perspective into the different characteristics of a booming property market versus a falling market.  Our speakers will also explore the practical and legal ramifications, how you can protect yourself in each market, and the lessons that can be learned.

Leading the discussion will be:

• Tony Abboud, Group Director of the Snowden Parkes Group. Tony has enjoyed a long and distinguished career in real estate and has been a property industry consultant involved with rezoning large parcels of raw land, working collaboratively with Council, land owners and developers.

• Sharon Levy, a Senior Associate in our Commercial Disputes team at Bartier Perry with significant experience working with developers and advisers in disputes involving property developments of all types and sizes.
