What Ron's clients say

“When I sought advice about contesting my mother’s will, I was really apprehensive. Ron explained the process very clearly to me and told me what I could expect as an outcome. The result was almost precisely what Ron estimated it to be. He made the whole process simple and understandable. Without Ron I could never have taken the action.” - The comments of a client who Ron assisted in successfully making a family provision claim against a dominating and uncooperative sibling.

A word from Ron

What gives me satisfaction is assisting clients through sometimes emotional and tragic circumstances and bringing about a conclusion or resolution within a reasonable time period with as little stress and worry for the client as is possible. I like to make things “easy”.

Career highlights

  • Acting for three surviving children of a lady who had died 30 years ago. Her estate had only been partially administered as both executors had been granted life interests and had since died.  Ron also acted for the children of one of the three surviving children who were beneficiaries of the estate of one of the deceased executors.  He obtained a grant of administration of the unadministered assets of the original estate and then obtained a grant of probate of the deceased executor’s estate.

  • Acting for a family of five siblings, all with disabilities, and achieving a satisfactory outcome for all five in family provision proceedings.

  • Acting for a protected person through the NSW Trustee & Guardian and achieving a result guaranteeing housing for the client who had been left out of their parent’s will.
