This event is for NSW State Government. 

Sometimes things need to end. For a multitude of reasons a contract ceases to be desired or functional, and a relationship unviable. How does a government agency exit the contract and relationship with as little fuss as possible? Is it possible?

In this seminar we explore the considerations, mechanics and tribulations that inform and follow decisions to end a contract and relationship in the context of:

• a commercial contract; and

• an employment relationship.

We will look at pre-planning for termination, executing a termination through to defending the decision to terminate if challenged.
