Simple Letter of Demand Instruction Sheet

Letter of demand fee: Our standard letter of demand fee is $55 (inclusive of GST). All letters of demand will be sent by email unless you do not have a current email address for the debtor.

Customised letters of demand: Extra fees apply to customised letters of demand where we need to calculate interest on outstanding amount/s pursuant to a contract. Please contact us if you require this service.
